WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept payments via Visa and MasterCard from across Pakistan as well as international customers.
Customers across Pakistan can pay via jazzcash/easypaisa at +92 306 2811115
We also accept payment via “Cash on Delivery” within Pakistan at the time of the delivery of the product. However, this mode of payment has a convenience charge associated with it. You can easily pay directly to our bank A/C and E-mail us receipt at cutomercare@zenoorcollections.com. Once the receipt is received your order will be shipped.

If your order (cash on delivery) amount is above PKR 15,000 then a minimum deposit of 50% will be required in the form of bank transfer or jazz cash/easypaia ( +92 306 2811115).
IS IT SAFE TO SHOP ONLINE USING MY DEBIT CARD OR CREDIT CARD?
All credit card, Debit Card and net banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection, with the highest level of security and confidentiality. So no worries here!
WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) PURCHASE?
When you make a purchase using the COD option, your product will be booked. You will receive a call/text/Email or all from us to confirm your order before it gets dispatched. If you are unreachable or unable to attend the call, please contact us +92-306-2811115 if you are still interested in receiving the product.
IS THERE A CHARGE FOR CASH ON DELIVERY PURCHASES?
Yes, Cash on Delivery option is available on purchases up to a limit of ₨15,000, beyond which purchases will require an advance of 50% that can be made using Banking Transfer or jazz cash/easypaia ( +92 306 2811115).
HOW CAN I PAY IF COD OPTION IS NOT AVAILABLE ON MY ADDRESS?
If COD option is not available on your address you can always opt Bank Transfer within Pakistan
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PAYMENT FAILS?
In case of a payment failure for international customers, please retry ensuring: Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking) Your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process. If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 7 business days. I SEE DEBIT TRANSACTIONS IN MY BANK STATEMENT FROM zenoor, BUT I HAVE NEVER SHOPPED WITH zenoor. WHAT DO I DO?
If you see any charges on your credit/debit card for purchases made on Zenoor, but you have never created an account or signed up, please check with your family members or business colleagues authorized to make purchases on your behalf. If you’re still unable to recognize the charge, please report the unauthorized purchase within 60 days of the transaction so that we can look into it. And assist you to the best of our abilities.
